Home Call Centre approached AcceedMK to enhance their current website to include a feature rich content management suite and a workers time sheet. We rebuilt their site where the Home Call Centre staff members are able to update any part of the website as well as add new pages.

The time sheet module was designed to allow a call centre staff member to login to their secure area and update a dynamic calendar to show when they are available to work. This data is written to a MS SQL database where Home Call Centre staff members can view reports showing the workers available that week. Each of these reports are available as an Excel export.

was used here to minimise page refreshes.

 

Home Call Centre received there completed website within 1 month and are currently using the system effectively
